PACA focuses on accessible education through both public classes and community-based programs for marginalized or at-risk groups. In addition to ongoing programming, PACA produces at least one major event annually, showcasing professional circus artists alongside students and celebrating the power of performance.

To nurture the artistic livelihood of the region through education via recreational and social circus programs, as well as facilitate the creation of integrated arts productions.

Thomas Vaccaro
Founder, Artistic Director
Thomas is a graduate of the National Circus School of Montreal and is certified to coach 17 circus disciplines for all ages.
Since 2014, he has been the Artist in Residence at Market Hall Performing Arts Centre, creating and directing original circus productions. He also curates interactive circus experiences designed to engage marginalized communities.
Victoria Wood
Co-Manager. Producer
Victoria, also known as Pyrobelle, is a dynamic circus artist and educator who has performed across North America for major brands and festivals.
Now based in Peterborough with PACA, she helps others embrace their individuality through circus, believing everyone has magic within them.!
Nicole Malbeuf (Pyrobelle)
Instructor, Performing Arts
Nicole is the director of Trellis Arts & Entertainment, specializing in aerial arts and acrobatics.
A certified coach and OCAD University graduate, she blends sport and art through circus and values being part of PACA’s creative community.
Jennifer Elchuko (Opal)
Instructor, Performing Arts
Jennifer co-manages PACA while teaching, performing, and producing shows, with a background in Fine Arts, Education, and Circus Instructor Training from the National Circus School.
She specializes in aerials, fire dancing, and stilt walking, blending her experience in dance, art, yoga, and outdoor education into her circus work.
